Alison is interested in what relationships and values are important to you. Alison believes a sense of humour and exercise are just as important in ‘talking’ therapy. She is interested in practical changes to help improve someones quality of life. Through the process of therapy she hopes that people are able to better understand themselves and the relationships around them. Alison is available for after hours and Saturday appointments.
