Referrals
A referral is not required to receive psychological or occupational therapy services. However if you wish to claim a rebate through the Medicare Better Access to Health Care Program a referral from your General Practitioner or Psychiatrist is required.

Rebates
Medicare
Medicare rebates are available for eligible clients to a maximum of twenty sessions per calendar year.
Medicare rebates for a consultation with a
- Clinical Psychologist $136.35
- Psychologist $92.90
- Occupational Therapist $81.90
Private Health Funds
Private health fund rebates are also available. Please contact your health fund to check your eligibility. Please note that you cannot claim from both Medicare and your Health Fund for the same consultation.
Other
In some cases services can be provided under other funding arrangements (such as NDIS, Victims Services, Veterans Affairs, PCCS Access Plus). If you feel you may be eligible please speak with your clinician or our admin team.
Cancellation fees
Please note that clinicians charge cancellation fees for sessions cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the appointment or that are not attended or cancelled.
Please be aware that Medicare will not rebate cancellation fees.
Reports and letters
There is no fee for letters provided to referrers during treatment. Other types of letters and reports requested attract a fee. Clinicians do not do medico-legal assessments or provide court reports.
Consultation, supervision and training
Fees for consultation, supervision and training vary and are available upon request.
Payment Terms
All payments are due at the time of the session. We accept all major credit cards except Diners and offer contactless payment. If you choose you can provide credit or debit card details that will be stored by us in an encrypted form enabling us to process the payment following each session. If you prefer you can provide your card details to our receptionist following each session, or pay by direct deposit or cash.
